Policies

Our primary goal is to deliver quality products.  Above all, we want our customers to be proud to send a Bella Blue Design greeting card!  Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns
Generally we do not offer returns. Of course, if an item arrives damaged, we will make every reasonable effort to remedy situations occurring out of our's and the customer's control.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Generally we do not make exchanges. Any request for exchange will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Any items arriving damaged will be replaced with the same item. Email pictures of damaged mailing envelope and items to: info@bellabluedesign.com.

Any claims of damage and requests for return or exchange must be received within 14 days of the date the item was shipped so that we can remedy it as quickly as possible. Any approved claim will be processed immediately. Requests made after the 14 day period will not be addressed or processed. Gift cards are non-refundable.

If an exchange (not due to damage during shipping) is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Free shipping offers will not apply to items re-sent due to exchanges requiring approval. If any refund is due, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without these, there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
